Spay & Neuter procedure's done by a licensed veterinarian of choice- for adult dogs & cats adopted from PCAC.

**-Forfeited if proof not submitted within 30 days of adoption (unless note from Veterinarian as to animal's condition may defer spaying/neutering requirement for up to an additional 60 days) and citation issued.

Owner Release Fees

(Note: Fee waiver with proof of the mother being spayed within 30 days of release-puppies or kittens.)
